Workplace wellness has been an intentional focus at Mid-Continent Public Library even before the COVID-19 pandemic. Steven's presentation at the OCLC booth highlights his team’s approach and commitment to wellness, including building design, hiring a staff wellness coordinator, and the successful “Access Wellness” community program.
