San Juan

We visited San Juan in 2006 and really enjoyed it.  We had several hours between when the ship docked and when our airplane left.  We were able to find tour of Old San Juan that included transportation back to the airport.  We got to visit the capitol building, to see more of the forts and visit Columbus Square.

Since we were hungry, we stopped by a restaurant and had mofongo.   This is a traditional Puerto Rican dish using plantains.  It was very good.  But I agree with Sarah that I think the restaurant overcharged us.
